「淘寶會員日限時優惠」推廣的條款及細則

1. 「淘寶會員日限時優惠」推廣（「本推廣」）只適用於持有由星展銀行（香港）有限公司（「本行」）發出的DBS 信用卡、DBS聯營卡及DBS COMPASS VISA（不包括貴賓卡及商務卡）（「適用信用卡」）的主要持卡人（「持卡人」）。本推廣不適用於附屬卡持卡人。

2. 推廣期為2019年9月28日00:00至23:59（香港時間）（「推廣期」）。

3. 持卡人於推廣期內以適用信用卡於淘寶（包括但不限於淘寶world.taobao.com、天貓tmall.com及淘寶手機應用程式）（「淘寶平台」）單一零售簽賬滿指定金額及以指定方式付款（「合資格交易」），可享以下優惠（「優惠」）：

		HK$60	透過AlipayHK App以適用信用卡付款及適用信用卡於過去12個月內未曾使用AlipayHK App為支付平台	於該賬單成功誌賬並顯示於DBS Omni的Timeline後，憑紅色「一扣即享」功能直接扣減該賬單HK$40及額外HK$20，合共扣減HK$60。名額500個，先到先得，用完即止。

#以合資格交易顯示於DBS Omni的Timeline後的港幣結算金額為準。

4. 以上淘寶優惠及DBS Omni一扣即享優惠可同時使用，惟每個DBS Omni帳戶只可於推廣期內享其中一項DBS Omni一扣即享優惠 (扣減HK$30、扣減HK$40或扣減HK$60) 一次。

5. DBS Omni一扣即享優惠名額有限，先到先得，額滿即止。。

6. 如欲享以上DBS Omni一扣即享優惠，持卡人必須安裝DBS Omni手機應用程式及完成登記DBS Omni帳戶，並在DBS Omni 內設定 > 推送通知 > 選擇開啟「一扣即享」以參與本推廣。持卡人必須於2019年10月7日23:59 (香港時間)或之前享用獎賞，否則將視作自行放棄該優惠論。

7. 持卡人獲享優惠的資格，將由本行按其交易紀錄全權酌情決定。如持卡人的交易紀錄與本行的紀錄不符，本行的紀錄將為決定性並對持卡人具有約束力。

8. 產品的實際售價以淘寶平台標示售價為準，價格亦會隨著匯率波動而每天有輕微變動。

9. 優惠只適用於推廣期期間，適用信用卡戶口仍然有效、無欠繳及信用狀況良好（由本行全權酌情決定）的持卡人。若持卡人的適用信用卡戶口狀況欠佳，本行保留取消持卡人參與本推廣的資格及/或享受優惠的權利。

10. 持卡人必須保留任何簽賬的簽賬存根正本。如有爭議，本行保留權利要求持卡人提供有關簽賬存根正本、其他文件或證據以作核實。已遞交的簽賬存根、文件及/或證據將不獲發還。如就任何簽賬，本行的紀錄與持卡人的紀錄不符，概以本行的紀錄為準。

11. 持卡人不得濫用本推廣或違反本推廣的規定，否則本行將在不作通知下從持卡人的戶口扣除優惠的價值及/或採取行動以追討有關金額。

“Taobao Member Day Limited-time Offer” Promotion Terms and Conditions

1. The “Taobao Member Day Limited-time Offer” (“Promotion”) is only applicable to the principal cardholders ("Cardholders") of DBS Credit Cards, DBS Co-branded Cards and DBS COMPASS VISA (excluding Private Label Cards and Business Cards) ("Applicable Credit Cards") issued by DBS Bank (Hong Kong) Limited (the "Bank"). This Promotion is not applicable to supplementary card cardholders.

2. The Promotion runs from 28 September, 2019 00:00 to 23:59 (Hong Kong Time) (Promotion Period").

3.Cardholders conduct a single retail spending of designated spending amount at Taobao (including but not limited to Taobao (world.taobao.com), Tmall (tmall.com) or Taobao Mobile Application) (“Taobao Platforms”) via designated payment method in Promotion Period (“Eligible Transaction”) will be entitled to below offer (“Offer”):

4. The above Taobao Reward and DBS Omni Super InstaRedeem Reward can be used at the same time, while each DBS Omni account can only enjoy one of the offers of DBS Omni Super InstaRedeem Reward (HK$30 deduction, HK$40 deduction or HK$60 deduction) once during the whole Promotion Period.

5. Quota of DBS Omni Super InstaRedeem Reward is limited, in first-come-first-serve basis and available until quota lasts.

6. To enjoy above DBS Omni Super InstaRedeem Reward, Cardholders are required to install the DBS Omni mobile application and completely register an DBS Omni account, and turn on the notification in DBS Omni setting > Push Notification > “InstaRedeem” for participating in the Promotion. Cardholders must enjoy the Offer by 7 October 2019 23:59 (Hong Kong Time); otherwise, it is considered to give up the Offer on its own.

7. The Offer entitled by Cardholders shall be determined by the Bank at its sole discretion based on the Bank’s record. If there is any discrepancy between the record held by Cardholders and that held by the Bank, the Bank’s record shall be conclusive and binding on the Cardholders.

8. The actual selling prices of products are based on the price listed on Taobao platforms. The selling prices will be changed slightly from day to day based on the exchange rate fluctuation.

9. Offer is only applicable to Cardholders whose Applicable Credit Card accounts are valid, not in default and in good standing (as determined by the Bank at its sole discretion) during the Promotion Period. If the status of a Cardholder’s Applicable Credit Card account is not in good standing, the Bank reserves the right to disqualify the Cardholder from participating in the Promotion and/or enjoying the Offer.

10. Cardholders must retain the original transaction slips of any transactions. In case of any disputes, the Bank reserves the right to require Cardholders to submit the relevant original transaction slips, other documents or evidence for verification. The submitted transaction slips, documents and/or evidence will not be returned. If there is any discrepancy between the Bank’s record and Cardholder’s record of any transaction, the Bank’s record shall prevail.

11. Participation in the Promotion is subject to there being no abuse/non compliance by Cardholder, failing which the Bank will debit the values of the Offer from Cardholder’s account without notice and/or take such action to recover any outstanding amounts.
