詳細領券及使用方法
1. 用戶於AlipayHK 應用程式內成功領取相應的禮券。禮券須於領取後至2021年5月18日內並於下述點擊「立即使用」後的時限內使用。
2. 用戶使用該禮券時應先告知店員，並於商戶準備進行相關優惠交易時開啟禮券頁面，然後按「立即使用」。
3. 用戶點擊「立即使用」後，頁面會出現優惠條碼，用戶必須於倒數時計所顯示的限時內出示有效的優惠條碼供店員掃描以享受優惠，禮券將於倒數時效過期後為之失效，並恕不補發。
4. 用戶點擊「立即使用」後，禮券便處於使用狀態，且禮券的倒數時計會立即開始，禮券將不能撤回、重用或補發。如用戶其後跳離頁面，一般情況下倒數時計將繼續運作而不會重新計時。
5. 店員成功掃描禮券上優惠條碼後，用戶須點擊「已完成掃碼，前往付款」，以前往AlipayHK 應用程式二維碼支付頁面。
6. 用戶點擊「已完成掃碼，前往付款」後，禮券將被列為「已使用」狀態，禮券將不能撤回、重用或補發。用戶請確保店員成功掃描禮券上優惠條碼才點擊此按鍵。
7. 符合資格的用戶於成功付款時可享即時扣減優惠金額（優惠視乎指定產品）。
優惠條款與細則
1. 此商品優惠(「本推廣」)之推廣期由2021年5月18日至2021年5月31日(包括首尾兩天) (「推廣期」)。
2. 推廣期內，用戶需登入AlipayHK手機應用程式 (「AlipayHK 應用程式」)並於相關頁面領取本推廣的禮券(「禮券」)一張。每位用戶只可領取禮券一次，不可重覆領取。禮券自領取後至2021年5月31日內適用，逾期失效並不獲補發。禮券適用於參與商戶(「商戶」)的指定香港門店。為免除疑問，禮券只適用於香港，不適用於粵港澳大灣區的中國內地城市。
3. 成功領取禮券後，AlipayHK將自動存放禮券至用戶的AlipayHK 應用程式賬戶內。用戶須將AlipayHK 應用程式更新至最新版本，於AlipayHK 應用程式「首頁」點選「獎賞」，以查看禮券詳情。用戶必須根據上述規則領取及使用禮券，方可享用相關優惠。用戶在交易時須於指定時限內讓店員掃描有效的優惠條碼，並以AlipayHK應用程式付款購買指定商品，否則系統不會於交易時自動核銷禮券。
4. 在合適情況下，禮券可與AlipayHK其他禮券（如有）同時使用，但本推廣的禮券會被優先使用。其他禮券的使用方式受其相關條款及細則約束。禮券核銷一切以實際付款頁面為準。
5. 在推廣期期間，每一位用戶僅限參與本推廣一次。為免疑慮，“每一位用戶”是指使用AlipayHK 應用程式和錢包服務的、具有法律行為能力的一名自然人，而非一個AlipayHK帳號。為進一步避免爭議，在下述情形，有關帳號將被視為由同一位用戶所使用，合共只可參與本推廣一次：
(i) 在同一部手提電話或移動設備上有關連，比如有多個帳號登錄或激活；
(ii) 若同一個帳號/手機號碼在多部手提電話或移動設備上有關連，比如登錄或激活；或
(iii) 若同一張銀行卡號被綁定於多個AlipayHK帳號時。
當以上情況發生時，為確認領獎的用戶資格及預防帳號、手機號碼、設備或銀行卡被盜用的風險，AlipayHK保留暫停或永久停止向相關帳號發放禮券的權利及保留追究權利。
6. 推廣期內禮券數量有限，先到先得，領完即止，並在任何情況下以AlipayHK的電腦紀錄為準。
7. 部分商品只限指定店鋪有售。商品數量有限，售/送/換完即止。
8. 此優惠不可兌換現金或其他貨品及不可轉讓。如需退貨或退款，禮券所對應的金額將不作為退款款項，而相關禮券將不獲補發。
9. 禮券（包括優惠條碼）由商戶提供。AlipayHK於任何情況下均不會對合資格用戶未能成功領取或使用有關獎賞及/或遺失有關獎賞而負上任何責任。
10. AlipayHK及商戶將依香港特別行政區法例進行本推廣，如本推廣因受政府機關指令、遭受嚴重網絡攻擊、系統故障或因其他於AlipayHK或商戶控制外的情況，而無法順利進行，此種情況為不可抗力。AlipayHK及商戶毋須為因不可抗力造成的損害、損失、糾紛承擔任何責任。
11. 商品圖片只供參考，以實物為準。AlipayHK對商戶提供之產品及服務質素及供應量恕不負責。
12. 在禮券的使用過程中，如果出現任何違反本條款及細則、違法、欺詐或濫用行為，AlipayHK將取消該用戶的優惠資格或其所獲之禮券而毋須另行通知，並有權撤銷任何涉及違規行為的交易及向有關用戶追討損失。
13. AlipayHK及商戶保留毋須事先通知的情況下更改、暫停或取消本推廣或修訂其條款及細則的酌情權，AlipayHK及商戶恕不就任何更改、暫停或終止承擔任何責任，並對所有事宜及爭議保留最終決定權。

Coupon Redemption and Usage Rules
1. Users may redeem the relevant Coupon in AlipayHK App. Upon successful redemption, the Coupon must be used within 18 May 2021 to 31 May 2021 and the time limit that begins counting down after “Use Now” is clicked as mentioned below.
2. Before using the Coupon, users should inform the staff member of the Merchant, open the relevant Coupon page on the AlipayHK App and click “Use Now”.
3. After the user clicks “Use Now”, a barcode will be shown with a countdown timer on the relevant page. Users should present a valid barcode for scanning by the staff member of the Merchant within the time limit indicated in the timer. Coupon will become invalid once the countdown ends. No Coupon will be re-issued upon expiry.
4. Coupon will be deemed to be “Used” after the user has clicked “Use Now” whereupon the countdown timer will start to run. No Coupon may be withdrawn, re-used or re-issued. Under normal circumstances, the countdown timer will continue to run and will not run afresh even if the user leaves the page.
5. Please click “Scanned and pay now” to proceed to QR code payment on AlipayHK App after the staff member of the Merchant successfully scans the barcode on the Coupon.
6. Coupon will be deemed to be “Used” after the user has clicked “Scanned and pay now”. No Coupon may be withdrawn, re-used or re-issued. Users should therefore ensure that the staff member of the Merchant has scanned the barcode successfully before clicking “Scanned and pay now”.
7. Eligible users may enjoy instant deduction of the relevant discounted amount upon successful payment (offer depends on the specified products).
Terms and Conditions
1. This product offer (the “Promotion”) runs from 18 May 2021 to 31 May 2021 (both dates inclusive) (the “Promotion Period”).
2. Throughout the Promotion Period, users are required to log into their AlipayHK mobile application (“AlipayHK App”) to redeem a coupon of the Promotion (“Coupon”) on the relevant page. Each user can redeem the Coupon once only. Each Coupon is valid from 18 May 2021 to 31 May 2021. Expired Coupons are invalid and will not be re-issued. The Coupon may be used at specified outlets of the participating merchant (“Merchant”) in Hong Kong. For the avoidance of doubt, the Coupons are only applicable in Hong Kong and may not be used in any Mainland China city in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.
3. Upon successful redemption of a Coupon, AlipayHK will store the Coupon in the AlipayHK App account of the user automatically. The AlipayHK App must be updated to the latest version. Users may go to the “Home” page and select “Reward” to read details of the Coupon. In order to enjoy the reward, users must redeem and use the Coupon in accordance with the rules above. Users should ask a staff member of the Merchant to scan the valid Coupon barcode within the relevant time limit and proceed to pay for the specified product(s) with AlipayHK App. The Coupon will not be otherwise deducted automatically.
4. Coupons under the Promotion may be used in conjunction with other AlipayHK coupons (if any) in applicable circumstances but Coupons shall always have priority in usage. The use of other coupons are subject to their respective terms and conditions. The actual payment page shall prevail.
5. During the Promotion Period, each user can only participate in the Promotion once. For the avoidance of doubt, “each user” refers to a natural person with legal capacity who uses the AlipayHK App and Wallet service, but not merely an AlipayHK account. To further avoid any dispute, in the following circumstances, the relevant accounts will be deemed to be used by the same user and can only participate in this promotion once:
(i) Connection on the same mobile phone or mobile device, such as the logging in or activation of multiple accounts; or
(ii) Connection of an AlipayHK account or mobile number on multiple mobile phones or mobile devices, such as the logging in or activation on such devices; or
(iii) The same credit card number being connected to multiple AlipayHK accounts.
In the case of any of the above, in order to verify the user’s identity and prevent the risk of theft or misuse of such AlipayHK account, mobile phone number, mobile device or credit card number, AlipayHK reserves the right to suspend or terminate the release of Coupons to the relevant account and to take legal action.
6. Coupons are limited in quantity and on a first-come-first-served basis. AlipayHK’s records shall prevail under any circumstances.
7. Certain products may be available at selected stores only. Products are limited in quantity and only available whilst stock lasts.
8. Coupons cannot be used to exchange for cash or other products and are non-transferable. For goods return or refund, the amount on the Coupon will not be returned and the relevant Coupon will not be re-issued.
9. Coupons (including the barcodes) are provided by the Merchant. AlipayHK shall bear no liability if users cannot perform a successful redemption of or use the relevant rewards and/or the relevant reward is lost due to any circumstances.
10. AlipayHK and the Merchant will carry out this Promotion in accordance with applicable laws in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. In the event this Promotion is stopped by government agency’s orders or must be suspended due to server network attack or system failure or any circumstances beyond AlipayHK’s or Merchant’s control, such event shall be regarded as a force majeure event, and AlipayHK and the Merchant cannot be held liable for any damage, loss or dispute therein.
11. Product images are for reference only. Please refer to the actual product. AlipayHK shall not be liable or construed as providing any guarantee as to the quality and availability of the products and/or service provided by the Merchant.
12. If there is any breach of these terms and conditions or illegal, fraudulent or abusive behavior during the use of Coupons, AlipayHK will forfeit such user’s Coupons and the entitlement of coupons forthwith without notice, and reserves the right to cancel such transaction and to take legal action against the relevant user.
13. AlipayHK and the Merchant reserve the right to change, suspend or terminate the Promotion or its terms and conditions at its sole discretion without prior notice. AlipayHK and the Merchant shall not be liable for any such change, suspension or termination, and reserve the right of final decision of all matters and disputes.

15. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
16. Should there be any discrepancy or inconsistency between the English and the Chinese versions of these terms and conditions, the Chinese version shall prevail.
