Terms & Conditions of Referral Reward:
1. The Referral Reward promotion (“Promotion”) runs from 1 to 30 April, 2020 (both dates inclusive) (the “Promotion Period”).
2. An AlipayHK user may, through his/her AlipayHK mobile application (“AlipayHK App”), send a designated referral link to another AlipayHK user during the Promotion Period (“Referral”, with the person sending the link being the “Referrer”). If the user receiving such link has never successfully made any purchase via his/her AlipayHK App at any platform or merchant outlet accepting payment via AlipayHK App and has never made any bill payment, transfer, sending of “Lucky Money” or remittance via AlipayHK App (“Eligible User”), such Eligible User may receive a HK$2 coupon (“New User Special Reward”) via the said link. The Referrer may receive a HK$20 coupon (“Referrer Reward”) if the said Eligible User uses such New User Special Reward within its valid period. Self-referral is not accepted in this Promotion. Each Referrer can receive the Referrer Reward for up to 100 times per day and up to 1,000 times within the Promotion Period. Referral Reward and New User Special Reward are collectively (or in applicable circumstances, separately) referred to as “Reward”.
3. For a Referrer who authorized AlipayHK to access his/her contact list, AlipayHK will only use such contact list for making referral recommendation. AlipayHK will not store any data from such AlipayHK user’s contact list or use such data for any other purpose.
4. Details of New User Special Reward and Referrer Reward are as follows:
HK $2 New User Special Reward Coupon:
A user can receive a New User Special Reward (a HK$2 coupon) if he or she:
(i) has never successfully made any purchase via his/her AlipayHK App at any platform or merchant outlet accepting payment via AlipayHK App and has never made any bill payment, transfer, sending of “Lucky Money” or remittance via AlipayHK App (“Eligible User”); AND
(ii) receives a referral link from a Referrer and redeems the New User Special Reward.
HK $20 Referrer Reward coupon:
Referrer successfully makes a Referral by sending a designated referral link to a user who has not made any purchase via AlipayHK App at any platform or merchant outlet accepting payment via AlipayHK App, and such user then successfully uses the relevant “New User Special Reward” coupon within its valid period.
5. Each “New User Special Reward” coupon is valid for 72 hours upon redemption only. Expired coupons are invalid and will not be reissued. An Eligible User may receive Referrals from different Referrers and a New User Special Reward for more than once. Notwithstanding the foregoing, no Eligible User may receive any further New User Special Reward if he/she has any unused but valid “New User Special Reward” coupon (i.e. each Eligible User may only have one (1) “New User Special Reward” coupon at any time). For the avoidance of doubt, an Eligible User loses the eligibility to receive another “New User Special Reward” coupon if he/she successfully uses one “New User Special Reward” coupon.
6. Each “Referrer Reward” coupon is valid for 15 days from the date of receiving the coupon (inclusive of the date of receipt). Expired coupons are invalid and will not be reissued. Only one “Referrer Reward” coupon can be used in each transaction and cannot be used at the same time as other “Referrer Reward” coupons (if any). A “Referrer Reward” coupon can only be used in conjunction with “New User Special Reward” coupon, and only one (1) “Referrer Reward” coupon and one (1) “New User Special Reward” coupon can be used per transaction (if applicable). The “Referrer Reward” and/or “New User Special Reward” coupons may be used upon a single net spending of HK$1 or above with AlipayHK App after redeeming all applicable rewards (including the “Referrer Reward” and/or “New User Special Reward”) and in accordance with Clause 8 below. The “Referrer Reward” and “New User Special Reward” coupons cannot be used outside of Hong Kong.
7. “Referrer Reward” and “New User Special Reward” coupon is applicable for use in all platform or merchant outlet accepting payment via AlipayHK (Taobao excluded), bill payment for mobile service or utilities, or remittance through AlipayHK App. Rewards may not be used in cross-border payment, account top-up, sending lucky money or other money transfer (including P2P) on or through AlipayHK App or purchasing gift vouchers/coupons/prepaid cards.
8. “New User Special Reward” are Priority Rewards and “Referrer Reward” are Basic Rewards. The usage priority of the Rewards is as follows:
(i) Priority Rewards shall have priority in usage. Generally speaking, only one (1) Priority Reward may be used in each transaction.
(ii) If there are more than one Priority Reward in the user’s AlipayHK account, the Priority Reward with the highest value will be used first. In case the Priority Rewards are of the same value, the one with the earliest expiry date will be used. If the expiry dates of the Priority Rewards are the same, the Priority Reward with the earliest redemption date will be used first.
(iii) One (1) Priority Reward may be used in conjunction with one (1) Basic Reward (including welcome rewards and designated merchant e-stamp coupons) or Accumulative Basic Reward(s) (up to ten (10) coupons) (including rewards for referring existing users) in applicable circumstances. If the user does not have any Accumulative Basic Reward, the Basic Reward with the highest value will be used first. In case the Basic Rewards are of the same value, the one with the earliest expiry date will be used. If the expiry dates of the Basic Rewards are the same, the Basic Reward with the earliest redemption date will be used first. If the user has both Basic Reward and Accumulative Basic Reward, the priority of using such coupons will be determined by (i) the value of one (1) such Basic Reward (highest value) and (ii) the aggregate value of the Accumulative Basic Reward(s) (up to ten (10) coupons), and the coupon(s) with the highest value between (i) and (ii) will be used first. In case of same value between (i) and (ii), Accumulative Basic Reward(s) (up to ten (10) coupons) will be used.
The use of different types of coupons are subject to their respective terms and conditions. The actual payment page shall prevail.
9.Upon successful redemption, AlipayHK will store the relevant coupon in the AlipayHK App account of the user automatically. The coupon will be deducted automatically in applicable circumstances. The AlipayHK App must be updated to the latest version. Users may go to the “Home” page and select “Reward” to read details of the coupon. AlipayHK shall bear no liability if users cannot perform a successful redemption of relevant rewards and/or the relevant reward is lost due to any circumstances.
10. Each user (including Referrer or Eligible User) may only participate in this Promotion in accordance with the above terms and conditions, and receive such limited number of coupons within the Promotion Period as set out in the relevant terms and conditions. For the avoidance of doubt, “each user” refers to a natural person with legal capacity who uses the AlipayHK App and Wallet service, but not merely an AlipayHK account. To further avoid any dispute, in the following circumstances, the relevant accounts will be deemed to be used by the same Referrer or Eligible User:
(i) Connection on the same mobile phone or mobile device, such as the logging in or activation of multiple accounts; or
(ii) Connection of an AlipayHK account or mobile number on multiple mobile phones or mobile devices, such as the logging in or activation on such devices; or
(iii) The same credit card number being connected to multiple AlipayHK accounts.
In the case of any of the above, in order to verify the user’s identity and prevent the risk of theft or misuse of such AlipayHK account, mobile phone number, mobile device or credit card number, AlipayHK reserves the right to suspend or terminate the release of any Reward to the relevant account and to take legal action.
11. If there is any breach of these terms and conditions or illegal, fraudulent or abusive behavior during the use of coupons, AlipayHK will forfeit such user’s Reward and the entitlement of coupons forthwith without notice. AlipayHK reserves the right to cancel such transaction and to take legal action against the relevant user.
12. If applicable, Referrer shall ensure the other relevant user has agreed to receive the Referral message. Any over-distribution will be treated as abuse and violation of this Promotion and these terms and conditions. For the avoidance of doubt, AlipayHK will not be responsible for any third party’s behavior (including but not limited to any dispute between a Referrer and other users).
13. The relevant coupons cannot be used to purchase any gift/cash vouchers, gift certificates or prepaid cards of merchants. They may not be exchanged for cash or used to add value to other stored value facilities, and are non-transferable. For goods return or refund, the amount on the coupon will not be returned and the relevant coupon will not be re-issued.
14. AlipayHK will carry out this Promotion in accordance with applicable laws in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. In the event this Promotion is stopped by government agency’s orders or must be suspended due to server network attack or system failure or any circumstances beyond AlipayHK’s control, such event shall be regarded as a force majeure event, and AlipayHK shall not be held liable for any damage, loss or dispute therein.
15. AlipayHK shall not be liable or construed as providing any guarantee as to the quality and availability of the products and/or service provided by the merchants.
16. AlipayHK reserves the right to change, suspend or terminate the Promotion or its terms and conditions at its sole discretion without prior notice. AlipayHK shall not be liable for any such change, suspension or termination, and reserves the right of final decision of all matters and disputes.

18. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
19. Should there be any discrepancy or inconsistency between the English and the Chinese versions of these terms and conditions, the Chinese version shall prevail.
AlipayHK推薦計劃獎賞條款及細則:
1. AlipayHK推薦計劃獎賞(「推廣」)之推廣期由2020年3月1日至31日(包括首尾兩天) (「推廣期」)。
2. 任何AlipayHK用戶可於推廣期內透過AlipayHK手機應用程式(「AlipayHK 應用程式」) 把指定連結分享推薦給其他AlipayHK用戶(「推薦」)，而發送連結的用戶為「推薦人」)。假如該其他用戶未曾於任何受理AlipayHK付款之平台或商戶門市使用AlipayHK成功付款且未曾透過AlipayHK完成繳費、轉賬、派利是或匯款 (「合資格用戶」)，則該合資格用戶可經上述連結領取港幣2元禮券一張(「新用戶特別獎賞」) 。當合資格用戶於有效期成功使用該新用戶特別獎賞，推薦人可獲贈港幣20元禮券一張(「推薦新用戶獎賞」)。此推廣不接受推薦人自我推薦，每位推薦人每日最多可獲贈推薦新用戶獎賞100次，推廣期內最多可獲贈推薦新用戶獎賞1,000次。推薦新用戶獎賞及新用戶特別獎賞合稱(或於適當情況下各稱為)「獎賞」。

成功經指定連結推薦一位未曾於任何受理AlipayHK付款之平台或商戶門市使用AlipayHK成功付款且未曾透過AlipayHK完成繳費、轉賬、派利是或匯款的用戶獲取新用戶特別獎賞，而該用戶成功於該「新用戶特別獎賞」禮券有效期內使用該禮券，推薦人可獲「推薦新用戶獎賞」港幣20元禮券一張。
5. 每張「新用戶特別獎賞」禮券自領取後72小時內適用，逾期失效並不獲補發。每位合資格用戶於推廣期內可被不同的推薦人推薦多次，但在任何情況下如合資格用戶持有未使用且仍處於有效期限內的新用戶特別獎賞，則不可重複領取新用戶特別獎賞，即每位合資格用戶同時只能持有一份新用戶特別獎賞。為免疑問，合資格用戶成功使用一張「新用戶特別獎賞」禮券後即喪失領取另一張「新用戶特別獎賞」禮券的資格。

(ii)如用戶賬戶內有多於一張優先獎賞，面額最大者優先使用。面額相同時，則最早到期者優先使用。禮券到期日相同時，則最早領取的優先獎賞優先使用。
(iii) 於適當情況下，一張優先獎賞可與一張基本獎賞（包括迎新禮券及指定商戶印花禮券等）或可累積基本獎賞（最多10張計）同時使用。在沒有任何可累積基本獎賞的情況下，金額最大的一張基本獎賞優先使用。面額相同時，則最早到期者優先使用。到期日相同時，則最早領取的基本獎賞優先使用。如用戶同時有基本獎賞及可累積基本獎賞，面額最大的一張基本獎賞及可累積基本獎賞（最多10張計）中金額較大者先被使用。如一張基本獎賞與可累積基本獎賞（最多10張計）的面額相同時，可累積基本獎賞（最多10張計）優先使用。
各種禮券的使用方式受其相關條款及細則約束。禮券核銷一切以實際付款頁面為準。
9. 於成功獲贈獎賞後，AlipayHK將自動存放相關禮券至用戶的AlipayHK 應用程式賬戶內，於符合使用條件時自動扣減。用戶須將AlipayHK 應用程式更新至最新版本，於AlipayHK 應用程式「首頁」點選「獎賞」，即可查看有關獎賞之詳情。AlipayHK於任何情況下均不會對合資格用戶未能成功更換領有關獎賞及/或遺失有關獎賞而負上任何責任。
10. 每一位用戶(包括推薦人或合資格用戶)只可根據上述條款及細則參與本推廣，於推廣期內領取相關條款及細則所限的禮券。為免疑慮，「每一位用戶」是指使用AlipayHK應用程式和錢包服務的、具有法律行為能力的一名自然人，而非一個AlipayHK帳號。為進一步避免爭議，在下述情形，有關帳號將被視為由同一位推薦人或合資格用戶所使用：
(i) 在同一部手提電話或移動設備上有關連，比如有多個帳號登錄或激活；或
(ii) 若同一個帳號/手機號碼在多部手提電話或移動設備上有關連，比如登錄或激活；或
(iii) 若同一張銀行卡號被綁定於多個AlipayHK帳號時。
當以上情況發生時，為確認領獎的用戶資格及預防帳號、手機號碼、設備或銀行卡被盜用的風險，AlipayHK保留暫停或永久停止向相關帳號發放獎賞的權利及保留追究權利。
11. 在獎賞之禮券的使用過程中，如果出現任何違反本條款及細則、違法、欺詐或濫用行為，AlipayHK將取消該用戶的獎賞資格或其所獲之禮券而毋須另行通知，並有權撤銷任何涉及違規行為的交易及向有關用戶追討損失。
12. 如適用，推薦人須確保獲得其他用戶同意收取其推薦訊息。任何濫發行爲將被視作濫用本推廣及違反本條款和細則。為免疑問，AlipayHK將不對任何第三方的行爲（包括但不限於推薦人和其他用戶之間的爭議）負責。
13. 獎賞之禮券不可用於購買商戶現金券、禮券、優惠券或預付卡，亦不可兌換現金，或用作其他支付工具增值服務及不可轉讓。如需退貨或退款，禮券所對應的金額將不作為退款款項，而相關禮券將不獲補發。
14. AlipayHK將依香港特別行政區法例進行本活動，如本推廣受政府機關指令、遭受嚴重網絡攻擊、系統故障或因其他於AlipayHK控制外的情況，而無法順利進行，此種情況為不可抗力。AlipayHK毋須為因不可抗力造成的損害、損失、糾紛承擔任何責任。
15. AlipayHK對商戶門市/平台/平台賣家提供之產品及服務之質素及供應量恕不負任何責任。
16. AlipayHK保留毋須事先通知的情況下更改、暫停或取消本推廣或修訂其條款及細則之酌情權，AlipayHK恕不就任何更改、暫停或取消承擔任何責任，並對所有事宜及爭議保留最終決定權。
