港幣10元「勁賞掃」優惠 (「推廣」) 之條款及細則：
1. 港幣10元「勁賞掃」優惠 (「港幣10元『勁賞掃』優惠」) 的推廣期為2019年7月1日至7月31日(包括首尾兩天) (「推廣期」)。
2. 此港幣10元「勁賞掃」優惠適用於所有AlipayHK用戶 (「合資格用戶」)。合資格用戶於推廣期內透過AlipayHK手機應用程式 (「AlipayHK App」) 掃描於指定商戶 (「合資格商戶」) 內有關AlipayHK港幣10元「勁賞掃」優惠宣傳品上的二維碼，方可領取港幣10元「勁賞掃」優惠 (「換領」) 。每位用戶於推廣期內可領取港幣10元「勁賞掃」優惠一次。每次港幣10元「勁賞掃」優惠為港幣10元電子禮券1張 (「禮券」) ，適用於所有合資格商戶的香港門店，可與「用戶特別獎賞」禮券同時使用。在符合第3條的使用條件下及所有合資格優惠抵扣後，單一淨消費滿港幣150元或以上可即時使用。每位用戶推廣期內最多可換領港幣10元「勁賞掃」優惠禮券1張。禮券只限換領後72小時內適用，逾期失效並不獲補發。為免除疑問，禮券只適用於香港，不適用於粵港澳大灣區的中國內地城市。
3. 若用戶帳戶內有除了港幣10元「勁賞掃」優惠禮券以外的其他禮券，消費時禮券的使用次序為「用戶特別獎賞」(如有) 優先；受限於第3條，其他禮券 (包括港幣10元「勁賞掃」優惠」禮券) 被使用之優先次序為所有符合使用條件的禮券 (單獨1張計) 及「推薦人獎賞」(如有) 之累積面額 (最多10張計) 中面額最大的禮券決定，面額最大者將被優先使用。面額相同時，「推薦人獎賞」之禮券的累積優先使用; 但如沒有「推薦人獎賞」之禮券，則最早到期的禮券優先使用。每次消費僅限使用1張港幣10元「勁賞掃」優惠禮券 (如適用) 。而其他禮券的使用方式則受其相關條款及細則約束。
4. 成功領取港幣10元「勁賞掃」優惠後，系統將自動發放至合資格用戶的AlipayHK App賬戶內，於符合使用條件時自動扣減。用戶須將AlipayHK App更新至最新版本，於App「首頁」點選「獎賞」，即可查看禮券詳情。AlipayHK於任何情況下均不會對合資格用戶未能成功領取有關獎賞及/或遺失有關獎賞而負上任何責任。
5. 在推廣期內，每一位用戶僅限參與本項優惠活動一次。為免疑慮，「每一位用戶」是指使用AlipayHK應用程式和錢包服務的、具有法律行為能力的一名自然人，而非一個AlipayHK帳號。為進一步避免爭議，在下述情形，有關帳號將被視為由同一位用戶所使用，合共只可參與本項推廣一次：
(i) 在同一部手提電話或移動設備上有關連，比如有多個帳號登錄或激活；
(ii) 若同一個帳號/手機號碼在多部手提電話或移動設備上有關連，比如登錄或激活；
(iii) 若同一張銀行卡號被綁定於多個AlipayHK帳號時。
當以上情況發生時，為確認領獎的用戶資格及預防帳號、手機號碼、設備或銀行卡被盜用的風險，AlipayHK保留暫停或永久停止向相關賬號發放港幣10元「勁賞掃」優惠的權利及保留追究權利。
6. 推廣期內限送50,000張禮券，數量有限，先到先得，領完即止，並以AlipayHK的電腦紀錄為準。
7. 在禮券的使用過程中，如果出現任何違反本條款與細則、違法、欺詐或濫用行為，AlipayHK將取消該用戶的優惠資格或其所獲之禮券，並有權撤銷任何涉及違規行為的交易及向有關用戶追討損失。
8. 獲贈之有關禮券不可用於購買合資格商戶任何現金券或禮券、兌換現金或產品、或用作其他支付工具增值服務及不可轉讓。
9. AlipayHK及合資格商戶將依香港特別行政區法例進行本推廣，如本推廣受政府機關指令/遭受嚴重網絡攻擊/系統故障，令本推廣可能無法順利進行，此種情況為不可抗力。AlipayHK及合資格商戶毋須為因不可抗力造成的損害、損失、糾紛承擔任何責任。
10. AlipayHK對合資格商戶提供之產品及服務質素及供應量恕不負責。
11. AlipayHK及合資格商戶保留毋須事先通知的情況下更改、暫停或取消本推廣或修訂其條款及細則之酌情權，AlipayHK及合資格商戶恕不就任何更改、暫停或終止承擔任何責任，並對所有事宜及爭議保留最終決定權。

Terms & Conditions of“Quick Reward Code” HK$10 Reward (the “Promotion”):
1. The Promotion of “QuickReward Code” HK$10 Reward (the “HK$10 Reward”) runs from 1 July to 31 July 2019(both dates inclusive) (the “Promotion Period”).
2. During the PromotionPeriod, all AlipayHK users can use the AlipayHK Mobile Application (“AlipayHKApp”) to scan the QR code showing on the designated marketing materials ofAlipayHK at selected merchants (“Eligible Merchant”) in order to redeem theHK$10 Reward (“Redemption”). Each user can redeem the HK$10 Reward once duringthe Promotion Period. The HK$10 Reward consists of one (1) HK$10 Coupon(“Coupon”), may be used in conjunction with the coupon of User Special Rewardfrom the “Referral Reward” campaign, upon a single net spending of HK$150 orabove in Eligible Merchant in Hong Kong after redeeming all applicable rewardsand in accordance with Clause 3 below. Only one (1) Coupon could be redeemedthroughout the Promotion Period. The Coupon is valid within 72 hour uponRedemption. Expired Coupon is invalid and will not be reissued. For theavoidance of doubt, the Coupons are only applicable in Hong Kong and may not beused in any Mainland China city in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater BayArea.
3. If there are othercoupon(s) in the Eligible User’s AlipayHK account other than the HK$10 Reward ,the priority of using the coupons will be the “User Special Reward” (if any)first. Subject to Clause 2 above, the priority of using other coupons(including the “HK$10 Reward”) will be determined by (i) the value of one suchother coupons (highest value) and (ii) the aggregate value of the coupons of“Referrer Reward” (up to 10 coupons) (if any), and the coupon(s) with thehigher value between (i) and (ii) will be used first. In case of same valuebetween (i) and (ii), coupons of “Referrer Reward” will be used first. If thereare no “Referrer Reward” in the Eligible User’s AlipayHK account, coupon withthe highest value will be used first; and in case the coupons are of the samevalue, the one with the earliest expiry date will be used. Only one (1) “HK$10Reward” coupon (if applicable) may be used in each transaction. The usage ofother coupons shall be subject to their respective terms and conditions.
4. Upon successfulredemption of HK$10 Reward, AlipayHK will store the coupon in the AlipayHK Appaccount of Eligible User automatically. Eligible Users could refer to moredetails of the relevant reward by updating the AlipayHK App to the latestversion and selecting the “Reward” section in the “Homepage” of AlipayHK App.AlipayHK shall bear no liability if Eligible Users cannot perform a successfulredemption of relevant rewards and/or the relevant reward is lost due to anycircumstances.
5. During the PromotionPeriod, each user can only participate in the Promotion once. For the avoidanceof doubt, “each user” refers to a natural person with legal capacity who usesthe AlipayHK App and Wallet service, but not merely an AlipayHK account. Tofurther avoid any dispute, in the following circumstances, the relevantaccounts will be deemed to be used by the same user and can only participate inthis Promotion once:
(i) Connection on the samemobile phone or mobile device, such as the logging in or activation of multipleaccounts; or
(ii) Connection of anAlipayHK account or mobile number on multiple mobile phones or mobile devices,such as the logging in or activation on such devices; or
(iii) The same credit cardnumber being connected to multiple AlipayHK accounts.
In the case of any of theabove, in order to verify the Eligible User’s identity and prevent the risk oftheft or misuse of such AlipayHK account, mobile phone number, mobile device orcredit card number, AlipayHK reserve the right to suspend or terminate therelease of HK$10 Reward to the relevant account and to take legal action.
6. A total of 50,000Coupons are available throughout the Promotion Period. Coupon is limited inquantity and on a first-come-first-served basis. The quota is calculated basedon the computer record of AlipayHK.
7. If there is any breachof these terms and conditions or illegal, fraudulent or abusive behavior duringthe use of Coupons, AlipayHK will forfeit such user’s Reward and theentitlement of Coupons, and reserve the right to cancel such transaction and totake legal action against the relevant user.
8. The relevant Couponcannot be used to purchase Eligible Merchant’s any cash coupons or giftcertificates, exchange for cash or products, add value to other stored valuefacilities, and is non-transferable.
9. AlipayHK and EligibleMerchant will carry out this Promotion in accordance to applicable laws in theHKSAR. If the Promotion cannot be carried out smoothly due to a force majeureevent, AlipayHK and Eligible Merchant cannot be held liable for any damage,loss or dispute therein. A force majeure event is regarded as any government orders,damaging cyberattack, electronic system failure or circumstance beyond ourcontrol.
10. AlipayHK shall not beliable or constructed as providing any guarantee as to the quality andavailability of the products and/or service provided by the Eligible Merchant.
11. AlipayHK and EligibleMerchant reserve the right to change, suspend or terminate the Promotion or itsterms and conditions at its sole discretion without prior notice. AlipayHK andthe Merchant shall not be liable for such change, suspension or termination andreserve the right of final decision of all the matters and disputes.

13. These terms and conditionsshall be governed by and constructed in accordance with the laws of the HongKong Special Administrative Region.
14. Should there be anydiscrepancy or inconsistency between the English and the Chinese version ofthese terms and conditions, the Chinese version shall prevail.
