AlipayHK繳費禮券優惠條款及細則
1. AlipayHK繳費禮券優惠推廣（包括港幣10元AlipayHK公用事業繳費體驗賞、港幣10元AlipayHK電費自動付款禮券，及港幣10元AlipayHK流動電話費自動付款禮券（ (「AlipayHK繳費禮券優惠」) ） (「本推廣」) 之推廣活動期由2019年7月15日至2019年9月15日(包括首尾兩天)(「推廣期」)。
2. 港幣10元 AlipayHK公用事業繳費體驗賞
i. “港幣10元AlipayHK公用事業繳費體驗賞”只適用於未曾成功使用AlipayHK App手機應用程式(「AlipayHK App」)繳付公用事業(包括中華電力、港燈，及香港中華煤氣) 賬單之用戶參與。推廣期內，合資格用戶需登入AlipayHK App相關頁面領取“港幣10元AlipayHK公用事業繳費體驗賞”。
ii. “港幣10元AlipayHK公用事業繳費體驗賞”為價值港幣10元的電子禮券1張，適用於透過AlipayHK App繳付公用事業(包括中華電力、港燈，及香港中華煤氣)賬單，可與「迎新獎賞」禮券或「推薦人獎賞」禮券(如有)同時使用（受限於第5條的使用條件）。在符合第5條的使用條件下及所有合資格優惠抵扣後，單一淨額繳付滿港幣50元或以上時使用。禮券自領取日起90天內適用，逾期失效並不獲補發。每位合資格用戶限成功獲享及使用“港幣10元AlipayHK公用事業繳費體驗賞”一次，不可重複領取。
3. 港幣10元 AlipayHK電費自動付款禮券
i. “港幣10元AlipayHK電費自動付款禮券”只適用於未曾成功啟動及授權AlipayHK App內自動繳付電費賬單服務(包括中華電力、港燈)之用戶參與。推廣期內，合資格用戶需登入AlipayHK App並首次成功啟動及授權自動繳付電費賬單服務，即可獲贈“港幣10元AlipayHK電費自動付款禮券”。
ii. “港幣10元AlipayHK電費自動付款禮券”為價值港幣10元電子禮券1張，適用於透過AlipayHK App自動繳付電費賬單(包括中華電力及港燈)，可與「迎新獎賞」禮券或「推薦人獎賞」禮券(如有)同時使用（受限於第5條的使用條件）。在符合第5條的使用條件下及所有合資格優惠抵扣後，單一淨額自動繳付滿港幣50元或以上時使用。禮券自領取日起90天內適用，逾期失效並不獲補發。每位合資格用戶限成功獲享及使用“港幣10元AlipayHK電費自動付款禮券”一次，不可重複領取。
4. 港幣10元 AlipayHK流動電話費自動付款禮券
i. “港幣10元AlipayHK流動電話費自動付款禮券”只適用於未曾成功啟動及授權AlipayHK App內自動繳付流動電話賬單服務(3香港)之用戶參與。推廣期內，合資格用戶需登入AlipayHK App並首次成功啟動及授權自動繳付流動電話賬單服務，即可獲贈“港幣10元AlipayHK流動電話費自動付款禮券”。
ii. “港幣10元AlipayHK流動電話費自動付款禮券”為價值港幣10元電子禮券1張，適用於透過AlipayHK App自動繳付流動電話費賬單(3香港)，可與「迎新獎賞」禮券或「推薦人獎賞」禮券(如有)同時使用（受限於第5條的使用條件）。在符合第5條的使用條件下及所有合資格優惠抵扣後，單一淨額自動繳付滿港幣50元或以上時使用。禮券自獲贈之日起60天內適用，逾期失效並不獲補發。每位合資格用戶限成功獲享及使用“港幣10元AlipayHK流動電話費自動付款禮券”一次，不可重複領取。
5. 若用戶帳戶內有除了「AlipayHK繳費禮券優惠」禮券以外的其他禮券，「AlipayHK繳費禮券優惠」禮券使用次序為優先。其次為「推薦人獎賞」禮券(如有)（最多可以10張疊加使用）或「迎新獎賞」禮券面額最大者；面額相同時，最早到期的禮券優先使用。為免疑慮，「推薦人獎賞」禮券及「迎新獎賞」禮券不得同時使用。每次消費僅限使用1張「AlipayHK繳費禮券優惠」禮券(如適用)。其他禮券的使用方式則受其相關條款及細則約束。「AlipayHK繳費禮券優惠」禮券、「推薦人獎賞」禮券及「迎新獎賞」禮券以外的其他禮券不適用於本推廣活動（包括「用戶特別獎賞」禮券）。
6. 成功獲贈AlipayHK繳費禮券後，系統將自動發放禮券至合資格用戶的AlipayHK App賬戶內，於符合使用條件時自動扣減。用戶須將AlipayHK App更新至最新版本，於App「首頁」點選「獎賞」，即可查看禮券詳情。AlipayHK於任何情況下均不會對合資格用戶未能成功領取有關獎賞及/或遺失有關獎賞而負上任何責任。
7. 為免疑慮，“每一位合資格用戶”是指使用AlipayHK應用程式和錢包服務的、具有法律行為能力的一名自然人，而非一個AlipayHK帳號。為進一步避免爭議，在下述情形，有關帳號將被視為由同一位合資格用戶所使用：
i. 在同一部手提電話或移動設備上有關連，比如有多個帳號登錄或激活；
ii. 若同一個帳號/手機號碼在多部手提電話或移動設備上有關連，比如登錄或激活；或
iii. 若同一張銀行卡號被綁定於多個AlipayHK帳號時。
當以上情況發生時，為確認領獎的合資格用戶資格及預防帳號、手機號碼、設備或銀行卡被盜用的風險，AlipayHK保留暫停或永久停止向相關賬號發放繳費禮券的權利及保留追究權利。
8. 本推廣之繳費禮券數量有限，先到先得，額滿即止。任何情況下，以AlipayHK的紀錄為準。
9. 在繳費禮券的使用過程中，如果出現任何違反本條款及細則、違法、欺詐或濫用行為，AlipayHK將取消該用戶的優惠資格或其所獲之繳費禮券而無須另行通知，並有權撤銷任何涉及違規行為的交易及向有關用戶追討損失。
10. AlipayHK將依法進行香港特別行政區法例進行本活動，如本推廣活動因受政府機關指令、遭受嚴重網絡攻擊、系統故障或因其他於AlipayHK控制外的情況而無法順利進行，此種情況為不可抗力。AlipayHK毋須為因不可抗力造成的損害、損失、糾紛承擔任何責任。
11. AlipayHK對參與商戶提供之產品及服務質素及供應量恕不負責。
12. AlipayHK保留毋須事先通知的情況下更改、暫停或取消本推廣或修訂其條款及細則之酌情權，AlipayHK恕不就任何更改、暫停或終止承擔任何責任，並對所有事宜及爭議保留最終決定權。

Terms & Conditions of AlipayHK Bill Payment Coupon(s):
1. The promotion of AlipayHK Bill Payment Coupons (including HK$10 AlipayHK UtilitiesBill Payment Reward, HK$10 AlipayHK Electricity Bill Auto Debit Payment Coupon,and HK$10 AlipayHK Mobile Phone Bill Auto Debit Payment Coupon collectively referredto as “AlipayHK Bill Payment Coupons”))(the “Promotion”) runs from 15 July2019 to 15 September 2019 (both datesinclusive) (the “Promotion Period”).
2. HK$10 AlipayHK Utilities Bill PaymentReward
i. The “HK$10 AlipayHK Utilities Bill Payment Reward” is only applicable toeligible users who have never made any utilities bill payment (including China Light and Power CoLimited, The Hongkong Electric Company Limited, The Hong Kong and China GasCompany Limited) via AlipayHK mobileapplication (“AlipayHK App”) successfully. Throughout thePromotion Period, such eligible users are required to log into their AlipayHKApp and to redeem the “HK$10 Utilities Bill Payment Reward” on the relevantpage.
ii. The “HK$10 AlipayHK Utilities Bill Payment Reward” consists of one (1)HK$10 coupon, which can be used upon any single net utilities bill payment ofHK$50 or above via AlipayHK App, in conjunction with Welcome Reward or thecoupon(s) of Referrer Reward (if any) (subject to Clause 5 below), afterredeeming all applicable rewards and in accordance with Clause 5 below. Each coupon is valid for 90 calendar days from the dateof redemption. Expired coupons are invalid and will not be re-issued. Eacheligible user can redeem and use the Utilities Bill Payment Reward once only.
3. HK$10 AlipayHKElectricity Bill Auto Debit Payment Coupon
i. The “HK$10 AlipayHK Electricity Bill Auto Debit Payment Coupon” is onlyapplicable to eligible users who have activated and authorized an electricitybill auto-debit payment account (including China Light and Power Co Limitedand/or The Hongkong Electric Company Limited) via the AlipayHK App for thefirst time successfully during the Promotion Period. Throughout the PromotionPeriod, such eligible users are required to log into their AlipayHK App toactivate and authorize the electricity bill auto debit service in order toredeem the “HK$10 AlipayHK Electricity Bill Auto Debit Payment Coupon”.
ii. The “HK$10 AlipayHK Electricity Bill Auto Debit Payment Coupon” consistsof one (1) HK$10 coupon, which can be used upon any single net auto-debitelectricity bill payment of HK$50 or above via the AlipayHK App in conjunctionwith Welcome Reward or the coupon(s) of Referrer Reward (if any) (subject toClause 5 below), after redeeming all applicable rewards and in accordance withClause 5 below. Each eligible user canredeem and use the “HK$10 AlipayHK Electricity Bill Auto Debit Payment Coupon”once only. Each coupon is validfor 90 calendar days from the date of redemption. Expired coupons are invalidand will not be re-issued.
4. HK$10 AlipayHKMobile Phone Bill Auto Debit Payment Coupon
i. The “HK$10 AlipayHK Mobile Phone Bill Auto Debit Payment Coupon” is onlyapplicable to eligible users who have activated and authorized a mobile phone autodebit bill payment account (3 Hong Kong (Hutchison Telecommunications (HongKong) Limited) via the AlipayHK App for the first time successfully during thePromotion Period. Throughout the Promotion Period, such eligible users arerequired to log into their AlipayHK App and to activate and authorize themobile phone bill auto debit service in order to redeem the “HK$10 AlipayHK MobilePhone Bill Auto Debit Payment Coupon”.
ii. The “HK$10 AlipayHK Mobile Phone Bill Auto Debit Payment Coupon”consists of one (1) HK$10 coupon, which can be used upon any single net auto-debitmobile phone bill payment of HK$50 or above via the AlipayHK App, inconjunction with Welcome Reward or the coupon(s) of Referrer Reward (if any)(subject to Clause 5 below), after redeeming all applicable rewards and inaccordance with Clause 5 below. Each eligible user can redeem the “HK$10AlipayHK Mobile Phone Bill Auto Debit Payment Coupon” once only. Each coupon is valid for 60 calendar days from the dateof redemption. Expired Coupons are invalid and will not be re-issued.
5. If there are other coupon(s) in the Eligible User’s AlipayHK accountother than the AlipayHK Bill Payment Coupons, the AlipayHK BillPayment Coupons will be used first followed by coupons of “Referrer Reward” (up to 10coupons) (if any) or Welcome Reward Coupons, whichever with the higher value;and in case they are of the same value, the one with the earliest expiry datewill be used. For the avoidance of doubt, coupons of “Referrer Reward” andWelcome Reward Coupons cannot be used in conjunction. Only one (1) AlipayHKBill Payment Coupon (if applicable) may be used in each transaction. Other thanthe AlipayHK Bill Payment Coupons, coupons of “Referrer Reward” and WelcomeReward Coupons, all other coupons (including “User Special Reward”) are notapplicable to the Promotion.
6. Upon successful redemption of any of the AlipayHK Bill Payment Coupons,AlipayHK will store the coupon in the AlipayHK App account of eligible userautomatically. The coupon will be deducted automatically in applicablecircumstances. The AlipayHK App must be updated to the latest version. Eligibleusers may go to the “Home” page and select “Reward” to read details of each ofthe coupons. AlipayHK shall bear no liability if eligible users cannot performa successful redemption of relevant rewards or coupons and/or the relevantreward or coupon is lost due to any circumstances.
7. For the avoidance of doubt, “each eligible user” refers to a naturalperson with legal capacity who uses the AlipayHK App and Wallet service, butnot merely an AlipayHK account. To further avoid any dispute, in the followingcircumstances, the relevant accounts will be deemed to be used by the same eligibleuser:
i. Connection on the same mobile phone or mobile device, such as thelogging in or activation of multiple accounts; or
ii. Connection of an AlipayHK account or mobile number on multiple mobilephones or mobile devices, such as the logging in or activation on such devices;or
iii. The same credit card number being connected to multiple AlipayHKaccounts.
In the case of anyof the above, in order to verify the eligible user’s identity and prevent therisk of theft or misuse of such AlipayHK account, mobile phone number, mobiledevice or credit card number, AlipayHK reserves the right to suspend orterminate the release of Bill Payment Coupon to the relevant account and totake legal action it deems fit.
8. The coupons are limited in quantity and are available on afirst-come-first-served basis. AlipayHK’s records shall prevail under anycircumstances.
9. In case there is any breach of these terms and conditions or illegal,fraudulent or abusive behavior during the use of any coupons, AlipayHK willforfeit such user’s eligibility and the entitlement of coupons forthwith andwithout notice. AlipayHK reserves the right to cancel such transaction and totake legal action against the relevant user.
10. AlipayHK will carryout this Promotion in accordance with applicable laws in the Hong Kong SpecialAdministrative Region. In the event this Promotion is stopped by governmentagency’s orders or must be suspended due to server network attack or systemfailure or any circumstances beyond AlipayHK’s control, such event shall beregarded as a force majeure event, and AlipayHK shall not be liable for anydamage, loss or dispute therein.
11. AlipayHK shall notbe liable or construed as providing any guarantee as to the quality andavailability of the products and/or service provided by the Merchant.
12. AlipayHK reservesthe right to change, suspend or terminate the Promotion or any of its terms andconditions at its sole discretion without prior notice. AlipayHK shall not beliable for any such change, suspension or termination, and reserves the rightof final decision of all the matters and disputes.

14. These terms andconditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws ofthe Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
15. Should there be anydiscrepancy or inconsistency between the English and the Chinese versions ofthese terms and conditions, the Chinese version shall prevail.
