「AlipayHK額外消費獎賞」的條款及細則

1. 「AlipayHK額外消費獎賞」（「本推廣」）只適用於由星展銀行（香港）有限公司（「本行」）發出的DBS 信用卡及聯營卡 (不包括商務卡、貴賓卡及DBS Black American Express® Card)（「適用信用卡」），並將適用信用卡綁定於AlipayHK賬戶的主要持卡人（「持卡人」）參與。本推廣不適用於附屬卡持卡人。

2. 本推廣於2022年4月14日至2022年6月30日期間（首尾兩天包括在內）（「推廣期」）舉行。

3. 持卡人於2022年4月14日中午12時（香港時間）至2022年6月30日晚上11時59分（香港時間）期間，以已綁定至AlipayHK賬戶之適用信用卡（「合資格信用卡」）經AlipayHK簽賬滿指定金額（「合資格交易」），即可獲額外消費獎賞（「優惠」），優惠詳情如下：

4.為免產生疑問，持卡人必須符合下述所有條件，方合資格獲享優惠：

a. 持卡人須以同一張合資格信用卡於AlipayHK以同一個AlipayHK賬戶進行合資格交易；

b. 優惠只適用於經AlipayHK付款之交易，轉賬增值交易並不計算在內；

5. 優惠每月限25,000張HK$10 AlipayHK禮券。名額有限，先到先得，額滿即止，並以AlipayHK的電腦紀錄為準。若優惠名額已滿，將於DBS網頁內公佈。

6.禮券將發放至持卡人的 AlipayHK賬戶內。每張禮券有效期為發行日起之30日內有效，並只限在下一次於AlipayHK的指定合作商戶通過 AlipayHK作任何單一消費滿HK$50或以上並以合資格信用卡進行交易時自動扣減。

7.每次交易只可使用1張禮券。逾期未使用之禮券將自動失效，並不獲補發。

8.禮券只適用於透過AlipayHK App於任何受理AlipayHK App之平台或商戶門市（淘寶除外）付款。禮券不可兌換現金，也不可用作任何儲值支付工具增值服務，及並不適用於任何税務支付、P2P個人對個人付款轉賬、本地或國際匯款、及派利是。禮券由AlipayHK提供，只適用於以AlipayHK付款交易。禮券的使用方式受AlipayHK相關條款及細則約束。AlipayHK保留權利於任何時間修訂、更改相關推廣活動之任何條款及細則。

9.在適當情況下，本推廣下的禮券為基本獎賞。每次消費僅限使用一張禮券(因應適用情況)。消費時禮券的使用次序如下：

(i) 基本獎賞: 基本獎賞包括迎新禮券、指定商戶印花禮券、平台通用禮券、政府消費券及限定付款方式禮券等。

(ii) 基本獎賞優先次序：順序為平台通用禮券優先，政府消費券排第二，限定付款方式禮券排第三。如果用戶有多於一張同種類的基本獎賞，金額最大的一張基本獎賞優先。面額相同時，則最早到期者優先。到期日相同時，則最早領取的基本獎賞優先。

(iii) 優先獎賞：優先獎賞比基本獎賞優先使用。如用戶有多於一張優先獎賞，面額最大者優先。面額相同時，則最早到期者優先。禮券到期日相同時，則最早領取的優先獎賞優先。

(iv) 獎賞一齊用：於適當情況下，一張優先獎賞可與一張基本獎賞或最多10張可累積基本獎賞同時使用。如果用戶同時有基本獎賞及可累積基本獎賞，面額最大的一張基本獎賞及可累積基本獎賞（最多10張計）中金額較大者先被使用。如一張基本獎賞與可累積基本獎賞（最多10張計）的面額相同時，可累積基本獎賞（最多10張計）優先使用。

各種禮券的使用方式受其相關條款及細則約束。一切以實際付款頁面為準。如果相關交易經扣減所有適用獎賞及優惠後的淨消費金額少於港幣1元，就不能在該交易使用獎賞。只使用政府消費券付款的交易例外，相關交易經扣減後的淨消費金額可以為港幣0元。

10. 持卡人在享用優惠時不須出示禮券，只要符合推廣活動規則，禮券金額會在持卡人下一次使用AlipayHK付款時自動扣減並於成功付款後顯示為已使用優惠。

11. 除特別註明外，禮券不可與其他優惠、折扣或優惠券同時使用，不可轉讓予其他人、不可兌換現金或其他優惠。

12.若持卡人以AlipayHK領取消費券，付款時需於頁面手動揀選以禮券扣減付款。

13. 如需退貨或退款，禮券所對應的金額將不作為退款款項，而禮券將不獲補發。

14.任何登記、交易的時間及有效性及/或持卡人於本推廣獲得的資格，將由本行按其紀錄全權酌情決定。如持卡人的登記或交易紀錄與本行紀錄不符，本行的紀錄將為決定性並對持卡人具有約束力。

15.禮券只適用於推廣期至禮券發放期間，適用信用卡戶口仍然有效、無欠繳及信用狀況良好（由本行全權酌情決定）的持卡人。若持卡人的適用信用卡戶口狀況欠佳，本行保留權利取消持卡人獲得禮券的資格。

16.持卡人不得濫用本推廣或違反本推廣的規定，否則本行將在不作通知下從持卡人的適用信用卡戶口扣除禮券的價值及/或採取行動以追討有關金額。

17.本行可修訂本條款及細則及/或更改或終止本推廣。本行的決定為最終定論。

18.如中、英文版本有不一致之處，概以英文版本為準。

"AlipayHK Extra Spending Rewards" Terms and Conditions

1. "AlipayHK Extra Spending Rewards" (“Promotion”) is only applicable to the principal cardholders who have bound DBS Credit Cards and Co-branded Cards (excluding Private Label Card, Business Card and DBS Black American Express® Card) which issued by DBS Bank (Hong Kong) Limited (“The Bank”) (“Applicable Credit Cards”) to the AlipayHK account (“Cardholder”). This Promotion is not applicable to supplementary card cardholders.

2. The promotion period for the Promotion is from 14 April 2022 to 30 June 2022, both dates inclusive (“Promotion Period”).

3. Cardholders can enjoy extra spending rewards (“Offer”) by making designated amount of spending via AlipayHK with the Applicable Credit Card which is bound to the AlipayHK account (“Eligible Credit Card”), during the period from 12:00nn on 14 April 2022 (Hong Kong time) to 11:59pm on 30 June 2022 (Hong Kong time) (“Eligible Transaction”). Offer details are as follow:

4. For the avoidance of doubt, Cardholders are required to fulfill the following requirements to be eligible to enjoy the offer：

a. Cardholders is required to make the Eligible Transaction with the same Eligible Credit Card via the same AlipayHK account;

b. Offer is applicable to the payment transaction via AlipayHK, transfer top-up transaction would not be counted as Eligible Transaction;

5.The quotas of HK$10 AlipayHK Coupon are set for the 25000 each calendar month on a first-come first-serve basis and available until quota lasts.Quota full message will be shown on the Bank website if quota of the Offer is full.

6.The Coupon(s) will be issued to Cardholder’s AlipayHK account. Each Coupon will be valid for 30 days upon issuance and can be used upon completion of a single spending of HK$50 or above at any designated merchant accepting AlipayHK with the Eligible Credit Card via AlipayHK.

7.Only one Coupon can be used per transaction conducted with AlipayHK. Any Coupon that has not been used after the expiry date will automatically become invalid and will not be reissued.

8.The Coupon is only applicable at all platforms (Taobao excluded), or eligible merchant outlets accepting the AlipayHK App for payments. The Coupon cannot be exchanged for cash, nor can it be used to top-up any stored-value facilities, and it is not applicable for any form of payment including tax payment, Person-to-Person (P2P) Payment transfer, local or international remittance, red packet. The Coupon(s) are issued by AlipayHK and can only be used for transaction(s) paid by AlipayHK. The use of Coupon is subject to respective terms and conditions by AlipayHK.

9. Where applicable, the Coupons issued under this Promotion are Basic Rewards. Only one (1) coupon may be used in each transaction, depending on the applicable circumstances. The usage priority of coupons/Rewards is as follows:

(i) Basic Reward: This includes welcome rewards, designated merchant e-stamp coupons, Platform General Coupons, Government Consumption Vouchers and Limited Payment Method coupons.

(ii) Priority of Basic Rewards: Platform General Coupons shall have 1st priority in usage, Government Consumption Vouchers 2nd and Limited Payment Method Coupons 3rd. If the user has more than one of the same kind of Basic Reward, the Basic Reward with the highest value will be used first. In case the Basic Rewards are of the same value, the one with the earliest expiry date will be used. If the expiry dates of the Basic Rewards are the same, the Basic Reward with the earliest redemption date will be used first.

(iii) Priority Reward: This shall have priority in usage over Basic Reward(s). If there is more than one Priority Reward in the user’s AlipayHK account, the Priority Reward with the highest value will be used first. In case the Priority Rewards are of the same value, the one with the earliest expiry date will be used. If the expiry dates of the Priority Rewards are the same, the Priority Reward with the earliest redemption date will be used first.

(iv) Using rewards together: One (1) Priority Reward may be used in conjunction with one (1) Basic Reward or up to ten (10) Accumulative Basic Reward(s) in applicable circumstances. If a user has both Basic Reward and Accumulative Basic Rewards, whichever Basic Reward or Accumulative Basic Reward(s) (based on aggregate value up to ten (10) coupons) that has the highest value will be used first. If the value is tied, the Accumulative Basic Reward(s) (up to ten (10) coupons) will be used.

The use of different types of coupons may also be subject to further terms and conditions. Terms stated on the actual payment page shall prevail. Coupon(s) cannot be used in a transaction if the net amount after deducting the amount of all applicable reward(s) and discounts shall be less than HK$1. Government Consumption Vouchers used solely in a transaction are exempted from this rule. The net amount after deducting the amount of Government Consumption Vouchers used solely in a transaction can be HK$0. i.Basic The use of different types of coupons are subject to their respective terms and conditions. The actual payment page shall prevail.

10. Cardholders are not required to present the Coupon when enjoying the offer. Under applicable circumstances, the Coupon will be deducted automatically upon Cardholders making subsequent transactions using AlipayHK. The Coupon will be shown as used after successful payment.

11. Unless otherwise specified, the Coupon cannot be used in conjunction with other special promotions, discounts or promotional offers, nor transferred or exchanged for cash or other offers.

12. For Cardholders who receive Consumption Voucher via AlipayHK, please select the Coupon manually to offset transaction amount during checkout.

13. For goods return or refund, the amount on the relevant Coupon will not be refunded and the relevant Coupon will not be re-issued.

14.Time and validity of any transactions and/or eligibility of a Cardholders to entitle the Reward shall be determined by the Bank at its sole discretion based on the Bank’s record. If there is any discrepancy between the record of transaction held by the Cardholders and that held by the Bank, the Bank’s record shall be conclusive and binding on the Cardholders.

15.Coupon is only applicable to Cardholder whose Applicable Credit Card accounts are valid, not in default and in good standing (as determined by the Bank at its sole discretion) during the Promotion Period and until the Coupon is issued. If the status of a Cardholder’s Applicable Credit Card account is not in good standing, the Bank reserves the right to disqualify the Cardholder from receiving the Coupon.

16.Participation in the Promotion is subject to there being no abuse/non compliance by the Cardholder, failing which the Bank will debit the values of the Coupon from the Cardholder’s account without notice and/or take such action to recover any outstanding amounts.

17.The Bank may change the terms and conditions and/or modify or terminate the Promotion. The Bank’s decision is final.

18.The English version shall prevail if there is any inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions.
