AlipayHK 2022年政府消費券使用攻略


AlipayHK將於2022年4月自動發放新一輪消費券（第一階段）到用戶曾登記領取2021年消費券計劃的AlipayHK賬戶，你可於AlipayHK App首頁、【獎賞】頁面或政府消費券專區查閱所有相關資料，包括已發放的消費券金額、已使用的消費券金額、尚餘可供使用的消費券金額、及已領取消費券的到期日等。


新合資格人士需待第二階段登記成功後才可領取消費券，登記消費券計劃無須進行AlipayHK身份認證。詳情請等候政府稍後的公布。


請注意：在2021年透過AlipayHK賬戶領取消費券的用戶，若AlipayHK賬戶已註銷或失效但未在2022年3月25日前重新登記，請及時聯繫政府進行查詢。


消費券領取程序

1. 消費券到賬通知

1.1 若你能夠成功登入並正常使用曾登記領取2021年消費券計劃的 AlipayHK賬戶, 便可於發放當日自動領取新一輪消費券計劃 （第一階段）的$5000 消費券。屆時你可於AlipayHK App首頁點擊右上角【獎賞】，查閱消費券的相關紀錄，包括已發放的消費券金額、已領取消費券的到期日及適用範圍等。

溫馨提示：未使用的消費券餘額將在有效期後自動失效。

1.2 若你於發放當日沒有領取到消費券，請及時聯絡AlipayHK客戶服務熱線進行查詢。


2. 如何使用消費券

2.1 你可於AlipayHK App首頁點擊右下角【付款】進入頁面，於適用的消費項目付款時自動使用消費券。

2.2 如符合使用條件，消費券可與AlipayHK優惠券同時使用。


3. 消費券適用的消費項目

消費券適用於AlipayHK逾100,000個本地合作商戶，包括本地零售、餐飲和服務業商戶的實體及網上店舖。例如：

零售店、街市攤檔、百貨公司、超級市場、便利店、餐廳、快餐店、咖啡店、娛樂設施、公共交通等。

  • 本地零售

  • 本地餐飲

  • 本地服務業商戶

  • 本地網店或網購平台

  • 外賣平台

  • 天貓香港

  • 港鐵、九巴、新巴城巴、部分小巴和渡輪


不適用於：

  • 政府收費

  • 公用事業和公共機構收費

  • 教育開支

  • 購買金融產品或服務

  • 捐款

  • 直接向非本地商戶購物

  • 個人用戶轉賬 (即P2P)

  • 兌換現金

  • 信用卡還款

  • 淘寶

Alipay HK 2022 Consumption Voucher User Guide


In April 2022, the new round of consumption voucher (Phase I) will be disbursed automatically to the same AlipayHK account that was successfully registered for the consumption voucher in 2021. You can check the relevant information, including the amount disbursed and used, available balance and expiry dates in respect of the vouchers collected, at AlipayHK App homepage, "Rewards" page or consumption voucher zone.


New eligible users can collect the consumption vouchers after a successful registration for Consumption Voucher Scheme (Phase II). ID verification is not required for the consumption voucher registration. Details will be announced by the government in due course.


Note:For those who have received the consumption vouchers in 2021 through AlipayHK account, if the account has been deregistered or invalid, but registration has not been completed before 25 March 2022, please contact the government for assistance.


Using the Consumption Vouchers

1. Collection Procedures

1.1 If the AlipayHK account that was registered for the consumption vouchers last year can be logged in and function normally, the new round of Consumption Voucher Scheme (Phase I) will be disbursed to the same account automatically. You may tap the "Rewards" icon at the top right corner of AlipayHK App on the disbursement date and check the relevant records, including the amount disbursed, expiry dates in respect of the vouchers collected and scope of coverage.

Note: Unspent balance of consumption vouchers will expire automatically after it passed its its validity period.


1.2 If you have not received the consumption vouchers on the disbursement date, please contact the AlipayHK customer service.


2. How to use consumption vouchers

2.1 You can tap the "Payment" icon at the bottom right corner of AlipayHK App homepage, consumption vouchers will be used automatically when the payment conditions are met.

2.2 Consumption vouchers can be used in conjunction with AlipayHK coupons if the conditions are met.


3. Coverage of the consumption vouchers

The consumption voucher is applicable to over 100,000 eligible AlipayHK's merchants, including physical and online outlets of local retail, food and beverage and service merchants, such as retail shops, wet market stalls, department stores, supermarkets, convenience stores, restaurants, fast food shops, coffee shops, entertainment facilities,public transport, etc.

  • Local Service Outlets

  • Local online platforms

  • Takeaway platforms

  • Tmall Hong Kong

  • MTR, KMB, NWFB and Citybus, some minibuses and ferries


Not applicable

  • Government fees and charge

  • Utility charges and public organization charges

  • Education expenses

  • Purchase of financial products or services( e.g. insurance)

  • Donations

  • Person to person payments（P2P)

  • Encashment

  • Credit card bill payment

  • Taobao


Note ：You can go to the consumption voucher zone and tap "Details" - "Ineligible merchants" to learn more details. If you encounter an ineligible merchant before confirming payment, a reminder will appear on the payment page.
